Who processes your data
The VitaModo platform ("we"). Data contact: vitamodocourse@gmail.com. The service is created by psychiatrist Andris Saulitis (M.D.).
What we collect
• E-mail and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash). • Your questions and conversations with the AI Advisor, and saved audits — these MAY contain information about your mental state and health. • Purchase and subscription data. • Technical session data (login cookie, IP, language).
Special category data
Conversations about mental health are a "special category" of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR). We process them ONLY on the basis of your explicit consent, given at registration and revocable anytime by deleting your account.
Why and on what basis
• Providing the service (chat, audits, library, consultation) — performance of a contract. • Processing health-related conversations — your explicit consent. • Payments, security, abuse prevention — legitimate interest and law.
Who we share with
Only providers needed to run the service: • Anthropic (AI response generation — your query text is sent to produce a reply; servers in the USA). • Stripe (payments). • Cal.com (consultation booking). • Google (if you sign in with Google). • Hetzner (server hosting in the EU, Germany). We do not sell your data.
“Money & state” and “Partner search” modules
These are separate paid modules — your personal tool. • “Money & state”: your records of expenses/income and emotional state, and pre-purchase audits — financial-psychological data. Basis: performance of a contract and your consent. • “Partner search”: your self-logs, notes and messages about candidates, and family entries. These MAY contain information about other people (candidates, a partner). Enter only what is necessary — preferably your own observations rather than verbatim third-party chats. • A Zoom transcript may be uploaded ONLY with the other person's consent — before analysis we ask you to confirm that consent. • To generate suggestions, the text of these modules — like the rest of the AI features — is sent to Anthropic (USA). • AI analysis is guidance for YOUR decision, not a personality assessment or a diagnosis of anyone. • If you enter another person's data, you are responsible for having a basis to do so. On that person's request to vitamodocourse@gmail.com we will delete the data concerning them. • Deleting your account erases all data from these modules.
Retention
While your account exists. On account deletion your profile, conversations, audits and the data of the “Money” and “Partner search” modules are erased. Some payment records may be retained by Stripe as required by law (accounting/tax).
Your rights (GDPR)
You may: access your data, correct it, delete it ("right to erasure" — button in your cabinet), get a copy, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority. Requests: vitamodocourse@gmail.com.
